Here's how to install a .hwt theme manually without root: 1. Download the .hwt theme file to your phone. 2. If the file has a .hwt.zip extension, rename it by removing the .zip suffix. 3. Open the default Files app on your Huawei / Honor device. 4. Move the file: — Huawei: Internal Storage / Huawei / Themes — Honor: Internal Storage / Honor / Themes 5. If the folder doesn't exist, create it manually. 6. Open the Themes app → Me tab → My Themes. 7. Find the theme and tap Apply. 8. Restart your device if needed.

Manual installation via the Huawei/Themes folder works on most firmware: • EMUI 9–14 on Huawei smartphones. • MagicOS (7–9) and MagicUI (4–6) on Honor devices. • HarmonyOS 2–4, including global models. • Third-party theme managers still save .hwt files to the same system folder.
