1. General Provisions
HuwiMods is a fully independent unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Honor, their subsidiaries, partners, dealers, or official services.
The site provides a catalogue of themes, icons, fonts, and other materials for Huawei, EMUI, and HarmonyOS devices for informational, reference, and fan purposes.
2. Copyright and Trademarks
The HuwiMods name is unofficial and is used solely to identify this fan project. All Huawei, HarmonyOS, Mate, Pura, and other trademarks belong to Huawei. We use them for informational purposes only.
All themes in the “Themes from Huawei smartphones” category belong to the respective Huawei rights holders. Some materials are created by the administration; others may be submitted by users of the Telegram community. Materials are provided for personal and non-commercial use only.
If you are a rights holder and believe that material is posted in violation of your rights, send a request to dmca@myrka.org with the link, rights description, and contact details. We will review the request and, if rights are confirmed, remove or restrict access to the material.
3. Installation and User Responsibility
HuwiMods as a website does not install themes, modify a user’s device, or manage a Huawei ID account. The site provides a catalogue, descriptions, links, and reference information.
Before using materials, the user independently checks compatibility, version, source, and usage information in the material card, description, Telegram group, or other accompanying messages.
Further actions outside the site, including installing, importing, or applying a theme in the Themes app and Huawei services, are performed independently by the user.
4. Disclaimer
Information and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of compatibility, availability, or fitness for a user’s expectations. We do not guarantee that materials will be applicable to all devices and firmware versions.
The administration is not liable for decisions, actions, or restrictions of third-party services, including Huawei ID, AppGallery, the Themes app, Telegram, and external storage providers.
5. Use Restrictions
You may not use site materials for resale, impersonating an official Huawei service, mass redistribution that violates rights holders’ rights, bypassing technical restrictions, or actions that violate applicable law.
6. Jurisdiction
The site and these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the European Union, as applicable, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
The project administration prefers not to disclose personal data publicly, but accepts legally relevant requests at dmca@myrka.org.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page unless stated otherwise.
