Privacy Policy

1. General Information

HuwiMods is an independent unofficial fan project. The site has no registration, user accounts, or built-in payment system.

2. Data Used by the Site

We do not request identity documents, addresses, passwords, Huawei ID data, or payment information. During normal browsing, we do not create a user profile on the site side.

If you contact us by email or Telegram, we receive only the data you provide in the request and use it to reply, process a complaint, or resolve the issue.

3. Cookies and LocalStorage

The site uses LocalStorage to save local settings: appearance, catalogue sorting, and scroll position.

The Cookie Consent Banner notifies about traks usage. Analytics is not loaded without explicit consent. You can reset your choice by clearing site data in browser settings.

4. traks

traks is an anonymous web analytics system. After user consent, the site loads traks for visit statistics, clicks, referrals, browser technical parameters, and site improvement.

Data is processed by traks under its own rules. HuwiMods uses aggregated statistics and does not attempt to identify visitors.

5. Third-Party Services

Links to Telegram, email clients, external storage, or other sites are governed by the rules of those services. We do not control their cookies, data retention policies, or technical processing.

6. Request Retention

Email requests and rights holder complaints may be retained as long as needed to reply, confirm material removal, and protect against repeated disputed publications.

7. Jurisdiction and Contact

This policy is drafted with regard to the laws of the United States and the European Union, including the GDPR where applicable. The project administration does not publish personal data publicly; requests are accepted at dmca@myrka.org.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the last updated date.
